Author Guidelines

Guidelines for Authors Submitting Manuscripts to Matetika.uz
 
Matetika.uz is a multidisciplinary scientific electronic journal that publishes original research across various fields of science.
 
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal at the same time.
 
Main requirements for manuscripts:
 
The manuscript should present scientifically sound, relevant, and original research findings.
The title should clearly and concisely reflect the content of the manuscript.
The following information should be provided for each author: full name, institutional affiliation, position or academic status, country, email address, and ORCID iD (if available).
The manuscript must include an abstract and keywords.
Research articles are recommended to follow the IMRAD structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Other academically appropriate structures may be used depending on the nature of the research.
All sources used in the manuscript must be appropriately cited in the text and included in the reference list.
Tables, figures, diagrams, and other illustrative materials should be consecutively numbered and provided with appropriate titles or captions.
Authors are responsible for the scientific integrity of the submitted work, the accuracy of the data, proper citation, and compliance with copyright requirements.
Appropriate attribution must be provided when using text, data, images, or ideas originating from other sources.
The use of artificial intelligence tools does not replace the author's responsibility for the scientific integrity and accuracy of the work. AI tools may not be listed as authors.
Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's requirements may be returned to the authors for revision.
Submitted scientific articles are subject to editorial screening and peer review.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that the following requirements have been met:
 
The submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
All co-authors have agreed to the submission of the manuscript to Matetika.uz.
The manuscript falls within one of the journal’s scientific subject areas and has been prepared in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines.
The manuscript title, abstract, and keywords have been provided in full.
The full name, institutional affiliation, country, email address, and other required information for each author have been entered correctly. ORCID iDs are provided where available.
All sources used in the manuscript are appropriately cited in the text and included in the reference list.
Tables, figures, diagrams, and other materials are appropriately numbered and captioned.
Text, data, images, and ideas obtained from other sources are properly attributed, and applicable copyright requirements have been observed.
The author accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted information and compliance with principles of research integrity and ethics.
Any conflicts of interest, sources of funding, and substantial use of artificial intelligence tools have been appropriately disclosed.

By submitting a manuscript to Matetika.uz, the author confirms that:

  1. The submitted manuscript is an original scholarly work, and the author(s) holds the necessary rights to its content and materials.
  2. The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication by another journal.
  3. All co-authors have agreed to the submission and publication of the manuscript in Matetika.uz.
  4. The author(s) retains copyright in the article.
  5. The author(s) grants Matetika.uz the right of first publication and the right to distribute, preserve, archive, and provide the article and its metadata to scholarly information and indexing services.
  6. The author is responsible for proper attribution and for obtaining any permissions required to use text, images, tables, data, or other materials belonging to third parties.
  7. The author accepts responsibility for the scientific integrity of the work, the accuracy of the information presented, and compliance with applicable copyright requirements.
  8. Following publication, use of the article is governed by the open-access licence adopted by the journal.
